We are twins separated at birth, I'm sure.

What I want is to never have to touch a vacuum cleaner. Ever.

It's more than what many people earn in a year. I wonder if the restaurant took part of the tip or if the servers got it all...

As did I. I went to a school that didn't have fraternities (or sororities). We felt oh so superior to schools that had them.

But wait...if we're already drunk, they won't let us in to the frat party!!!!!

Will someone please get the rolling octopus gif? It is needed. There are no words for this much bullshit. Need gin now and it's not even 8 am.

I always feel like Franco looks a little pasty and flabby...

I can totally see him dressing as Ginger and doing that with Seth!

AHHG. Too late to edit. Meant to say Franco should never be allowed to do anything WITHOUT Seth Rogen. Shouldn't post before morning caffeine.

They are this generations Fred and Ginger. Seth is Fred and Franco is Ginger. Franco should never be allowed to do anything with Seth Rogen.

I had almost forgotten that part of being pregnant. While pregnant, I read food labels purely to determine how much fiber was in foods. If you have Trader Joes's in your area, the best thing I found was blueberry/bran/fiber mini-muffins that had 60% of the RDA of fiber in one tiny muffin and they didn't taste bad.

I too was very excited and fangirlish the first time a Jez writer responded to me!

Yes! Nuking them is almost as good as getting them in the store...

You may well be right. I just knew it would piss me off more if a man said those things to me, having no experience of them, than if a woman said them. I didn't say I was being logical or rational or even fair!

When I was getting ready to have a kid, I wanted a female OB/GYN, preferably one who had been pregnant and had a kid. I just didn't want to hear "morning sickness isn't that bad" or "it doesn't hurt that much" from someone who didn't know what he was talking about. I do realize it's not necessarily rational, but it

There's a difference between universal and mandatory. I only know how it works in CA (where I live). We have universal kindergarten because it is offered for free at all public elementary schools, and it is available to all parents who wish to enroll their children. We do not have mandatory kindergarten in CA

My district actually got taken over by the state, which is extremely rare, which means they really ran out of money. They went bankrupt. And teacher salaries weren't a factor. Nor was too much money going into facilities. Forensic accountants went over the books and it was found that we were the lowest paid

When there's no money, there's nothing the parents can do. I worked in a district that literally went bankrupt and got taken over by the state for fiscal insolvency. For the last few years as we were circling the drain, there was no summer school except for what was federally mandated (for special ed students) and

I grew up in St. Louis but I'm old. I'm sure Krispy Kreme is in St. Louis now, but not back in the dark ages when I was a kid.

I love donuts so much that even bad donuts are pretty good in my book. The only donuts I won't eat are the mini ones from vending machines. Those are not worthy of the term donut. But I will happily scarf down 1 or 6 Dunkins if they're in front of me.
