I have Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome—-no matter what I do, my sleep cycle will always drift out of phase, making it a nightmare when I try to work any kind of “decent job” requiring morning hours. I’ll sleep three or four hours a night on weekdays and then sleep 15 hours on Friday night.
