Shooting brakes are the best. I’m sorry you have boring, mediocre taste

The only thing I can think of is that hes probably bashing up the undercarriage. Its a pretty low car and a steep hill and im betting a decent amount of divots and such. Its still whatever though, its not my car so why would I be bothered

I get told weekly by adults in their 50s that they don’t like all the tech thats made for “young people like you” with somewhat of a sneer as I show them how to use their new E or S class with touch buttons for all this stuff. Its ironic though because I drive two 90's manual BMWs largely for how analog they are in

If you were the S/O you could easily know exactly what kind of car they wanted but it sounds like the dude here was a little out of touch haha

You can do all those mods in horizon 3. I have a V8 2002 on rally tires and suspension with AWD

The decision you shouldve made was to not pull the motor. You basically took a running good condition driver into a customized derelict shell

The only situation where it makes sense to me is if it was a bidding war between several owners of the car that maybe were missing their manual or something. Because lets be honest if your a super rich collector and your RSR is missing the manual youd probably be willing to pay out the nose to get one

Thats me in my Z3 coupe. I think its cause the fenders stick out wider than my long ass hood does so I always end up crooked unless I have a car to base myself off of. Also the Gen 5 Z/28 came out when I was in high school and I remember seeing that beast at the Pocono Indycar Race up close and it was just badass.

Damn. My E34 got hit last week and of course in one of the before pictures was a same color E34 I coulda snagged parts from to fix it

Damn dude I’m sorry. I’m 22 and have a 95 530i. Bought in february with 60k miles and Im at 72 now. Had to do valve cover gaskets and oil filter gasket when I got it. Needed a new slave cylinder at one point. Took it from Philly where I live down to kentucky, the tail of the dragon and all that. Just this week someone

Yeah I wish I had kept mine. I bought mine like two years ago cause I was sharing a cvt impreza with my brother and scrounged up all my money from working at starbucks to pay for it. Bought my corvair 2200, was pretty clean, had a new interior and maaco paint job but it was good looking. Wasn’t a showcar paint job but

This makes me miss my corvair. Even though it was 33 years older than me it felt like such a perfect fit. Old american cars are awesome

Took a roadtrip this summer with my girlfriend for a week. Left from philly and went to central pa to visit some family then hit kentucky, nashville, dollywood, the tail of the dragon and then the beach in north carolina. Also hit the corvette museuem and lane motor muesum. My E34 handled it all beautifully. Took a 24

The SS one was actually decent tho right? I remember it holding a nurburging fwd record or something. I’m sure the interior and stuff wasnt great but its comparison is the corvette so thats kinda spot on

Yeah its a steep price for something like that given the market but in terms of the car itself I’m sure it would be a blast

Have you driven one for any decent stretch? I’ve gotten to drive a couple old sciroccos and they are pretty fun. The steering is direct and has tons of feeling compared to any new car, the engine was pretty rev happy and driving it quickly was tons of fun. Also I learned to drive stick on my moms two mini cooper S’s a

I thought with boxes like that the clutch was only for first? Either way that car overall is badass and would be an awesome buy for anyone with tons of money lol

I’ll be there. Only question is if I should bring the E34 or the clownshoe. I’ll prob bring the Z3 in the end mostly cause its more uncommon

My bimmers would like a word

USAA gave me 36 month financing for my E34 lol
