Exactly. And as for the idea of no one having shown any “ill intent” or “evil motives” on Moore’s part -- I’d say that a 32 year-old trying to get a 14 year-old to engage in sex acts trumps (pun intended) any concern for the motivation behind it.

The simple fact that he thought that HE, in particular, could make this movie is insane. Either he thought no one would ever really pin him down for his behavior or he truly doesn’t think his actions were actually wrong.

I mean, his personal behavior aside, it sounds like a really bad film.
