Turning around while skiing is pretty hard though. Typically when skiing in a group you have an experienced skier bringing up the rear to help anyone who falls. It is also strange that this guy was hit hard enough to get seriously injured, but Paltrow wasn’t also knocked down.

I dunno, maybe it would just be nice to not make it awkward and embarassing for the person just trying to do her job.

When a celebrity is in an ad on tv, there’s no dispute that they’re being paid to say what they’re saying and they may not honestly believe what they’re saying. It should be no different on social media. If you’re being paid to advertise something anywhere, it should be disclosed, always, upfront.

Nah, not everyone. Some people are going to both ignore them AND insinuate that they’re fake.

I don’t know how one would confirm this as real other than him admitting to it, someone can always claim it’s fake and just very convincing. But when this was released, a couple other people in similar situations revealed very similar texts/DMs that seemed to corroborate each other. It could be a cleverly crafted…

Sadly in the courts that information is not allowed to be presented to a jury unless is pertains to the current case. So any alleged skeevy behavior or things relating to a different crimes are not allowed to come to light, unless his lawyer is dumb enough to allow it or put him on the stand and open him up to it.
