Welcome to the world of PC gaming. As soon as you get a new piece of hardware it is already out of date. But at least things actually keep advancing, unlike consoles. Also, given the rate of DX10 and 11 adoption it is unlikely we will see many if any games in the next 2 years or so that use DX12, let alone require it.

I love the support type kill streaks from some of the CoD games. Even more so because they rewarded points based on actually going for the objective instead of just K/D.
I dont like them because it is a "rich get richer" type of mechanic. Some of the CoD games have had "support" packages which saved your progress between deaths and things like capturing objectives and assisting teammates awarded points toward them.
