I made adult-Mac-n-Cheese for lunch today. I made the macaroni, then melted some of the good stuff into some cream before mixing it back with the pasta and some black pepper.

So I’ve spent the last few days in a maelstrom of vicodin, premium ice cream and sporadic naps after having my tooth finally ripped out of my head from the nearest dentist who justsohappens to not accept my insurance because no-one except in the middle of the city happens to accept my dental insurance. 370 dollars.
