Back when Groundhog Day was on broadway, I played the lottery for it.
I know several people, personally, for whom it was unplayable. Myself included. So, contrary to popular belief, I’m not reacting to media hype, I’m reacting to my actual lived experience.
On the flip side, I think the happiest I’ve been in any game with romance was DA2. The “everyone is compatible” approach might not be true to life, but I don’t really care. ESPECIALLY because certain kinds of characters keep getting repeated as the queer options.
Or maybe, MAYBE, your experience doesn’t speak for everyone
I get why they haven’t, though. So much has evolved now. I’m sure they could release a 1.27 version if they wanted, but it would probably be a lot of work to update 1.27 for modern systems.
The problem is that you’re using two VERY different versions of sovereignty when you compare the USA with the EU.
As someone who also played WoW (and read the books) for the story, I’m very, very jealous of (and happy for) people who can still enjoy it. It lost me around Cataclysm, and even after coming back for many expansions over the years, it’s just never recaptured my interest.
I haven’t watched The Origin, and only some of 00/IBO, but I’d definitely say that those two are WAY more accessible than old Gundam.
Unfortunately, having just tried recently to go back and watch the older Gundam series, they have NOT aged well.
YIKES. That’s... a lot.
The entire last week has been horrible for productivity for the same reason. The 6th may have been particularly bad, but still.
What I can’t understand is why someone who has a USPS job, where they have sweet benefits, are working towards a pension, and are probably in union... would jeopardize all of that for a couple thousand more a year.
Because the revenue of Harry Potter isn’t in any single IP, it’s in the engine of the IP itself. The only way JKRowling financially “suffers” is if HP products fail consistently and investors pull out of them.
It’s a beautiful game, and I personally enjoy it, but it also launched at, iirc, $49.99?
I can’t say I encountered many bugs, tbh. So I guess that’s why?
The only issue I have with peeling them is you end up with a huge pile of what looks like beetle moltings...
It’s just infuriating because I’m the kind of person who wants to know WHY something works, ha.
I was extremely skeptical of steel working to remove the smell of garlic, for the reasons you list, but I swear it works. And I have absolutely no idea how or why.
I’m gonna need you to do me a favor and go buy a bunch of stock in Amazon, Google, and Apple. Throw in big oil while you’re at it. Thanks.
