Hell, they didn’t even need a person, they just needed to write a few bullet points on a napkin for the plot beats of the trilogy. Would have been a more cohesive result.

My biggest issue with that “exit” is that it doesn’t really leave anywhere to go. Both sides lost power and leaders, the Carrie Fisher had died but Leia was still alive (which led to the worst, most avoidable part of TRoS) and as for the whole galaxy witnessing Luke....
SW has established multiple times that legends…
Star wars also establishes very deeply that people forget easily- the Jedi are effectively considered a myth at the start of the OT and the ST, despite centuries of history before, and Luke picking up the reins in between. There’s no way the story of Luke’s battle, witnessed by a dozen people, is going to spread…
I mean- and this is from someone who genuinely enjoyed TLJ- there’s quite a few story lines that were ended without opening many new ones. Snoke is gone, the resistance is alone without allies, Luke is dead and Leia is alive while their respective actors were the opposite. It’s a handful of people and Millenium…
That actually makes a ton of sense, thanks for taking the time to explain it out. I definitely think the muddle message is somewhat intentional (go too far in either direction and you’re no longer looking at the human element) but nuking Roxie really is unforgivable.
I guess in my book I still had so much fun thanks…
I... don’t understand all the hate for Golden Circle? I enjoyed it and thought it felt like a good sequel, but I know there’s a lot of people who feel differently.
The Model T has more in common with a radio flyer wagon than a modern automobile.
Agreed- I have two pairs of rechargeable AA batteries and the only time I haven’t had a charged set ready to go is when one of my kids unplugged the charger...
Damn, turns out there is exactly one person online who has good opinions. Never thought I’d see the day.
Buzz Lightyear is the parody.
Chewies death itself wasn’t bad- I hate that it open the door to “we must kill a major character so show how bad things are” in the old EU.
What’s nuts to me is that the overall form of the exterior isn’t bad for a mcmansion. If they had chosen one main style of stone/brick and maybe an accent, it would actually look pretty decent!
I bought the Skyrim DLC years ago on the 360 and found it rather empty, though cool to explore some of the recognizable sights. Am I correct in assuming this actually has a deeper level of engagement?
Oh, and some sort of food. Every time I played the Skyrim DLC on survival I died of starvation...
The why hasn’t every review of an expensive vehicle mention it?
It’s proportional, while still moving in a new direction for the kidney grills- perfect.
I mean, he did have a cameo in the first season. It the way he says “heard” in the trailer- it’s spot-on gravely old Luke Skywalker. That being said, it doesn’t sound like him prior that line, so I’m not 100% confident in that.
It is Mark Hamill???
In 2019 there were 12,503 S-Class sold, 8,823 7-series sold, and 2,963 A-8s sold. So that 20k/year figure is even more unlikely given that those three combined only sold ~25k units total.
God I can’t even imagine being this stupid.
Why though? He’s clearly not shredding intense single track or doing downhill runs. Why would he need anything better than this for some casual fun?
