To be fair to Trump, this is on GM. We can blame him for lying about the corporate tax cuts saving jobs, we can blame him for tearing holes in the safety net that the laid off workers are going to need soon, but he didn’t close the plant.

Without a doubt. But the way she has handled this, acknowledging that this is a lost battle while still not recognizing the results as legitimate, is an amazing mix of political smarts and class. We have not seen the last of her.
