This seems really informative, but I don’t know what a lot of the language you are using means. You include a lot of things that sound like inside jokes, that I’m not on the inside of.  You also reference a lot of other articles that detract from what I think the point of this article is.

Several years ago McDonald’s produced a knock-off Chik-fil-a sandwich. It wasn’t bad, maybe 70% as good as the Chick-fil-a. A suitable substitute if you have a craving but live 2 hours away from Chik-fil-a. I hope they are just bringing that back.
