I felt the same way until I just picked one up and started working on it. It’s a cool hobby, and I’m lucky that my wife has been really supportive of me filling the house with gundam kits. I would recommend a master grade 1/100 kit if you can find something cheap on amazon.

A lot of them are pretty straight forward, just time consuming when you get into the more detailed ones. They’re all snap-fit, and the trickiest part is making sure you get the right connectors/joints in place.

There’s an oft-used mechanic in the game where you pick up a glowing ball and have to put it somewhere. If you’re in a group and you see this mechanic, don’t pick up the glowing ball unless you know what to do with it. Ideally, watch what another player does with it first. The game isn’t always super clear about it.

That’s how those groups operate. They get their phrases out in the common vernacular, which gives them an opening to use them to promote their message to those who know what they’re talking about.

The unfortunate truth is that hate groups thrive on this sort of mentality.

I feel like the changes Bungie has made to Nightfall over the years have been to make it impossible to solo yourself. They clearly want it to be a group activity.

Keep telling yourself that.

Lol, sure they are.

Yeah what Graterol did is obviously not illegal, and I don’t think anyone (including myself or Chapman) was arguing that it’s illegal. But that screaming catcher in your example (which I actually think might be illegal) also shouldn’t take such umbrage if a hitter says “hey dickhead shut up”.

He has people skills! He’s good at dealing with people! Can’t you understand that? What the hell is wrong with you people?!

Well, he’s more on the business side... wait, he never ran a business. Uhh... well, for legal questions... wait, he doesn’t have a law degree. Umm... well, you see...

dude like... literally...

Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t it you that broke the story about how Destiny 1 was gutted story wise, and had a pretty terribly development cycled the year before release? Maybe it wasn’t you, but I’m pretty sure it was someone on Kotaku.... To say you guys are being paid for positive coverage is just stupid.

Sandoval has found much more success at his 37 plate appearances at Golden Corral.

I don’t like Fallout or Oblivion games, but damn, Witcher 3 hit me by surprise, such an excellent game, one of the few games I have bought in different platforms (PC with DLC and GOTY edition on PS4), is just that good.

God DAMN the Witcher games had such a satisfying ending. Not heavy, not world-shattering, not horribly sad like the world setting, by all rights should have had it end... just incredibly satisfying.

The question was asked: can you appreciate the artistry of something that is racist in origin? Can the technical or aesthetic aspect of a piece of art overcome it’s subject?

It’s called “The US finding a useful purpose for land they’d given to a displaced tribe by treaty.”

Thing is, Lord of the Flies was a response to a particular conceit of British pulp novels which depicted young boys/men being stranded as a fun adventure with little internal conflict. Golding took the subject of entitled British boarding school boys and the kind of savagery he saw in how they acted with each other

Are you asking if liking racist things makes you a bad person?
