I live in Durham NC. I know exactly what you’re talking about.

As a resident of NC, I would love it.

Gonna throw this one out there: try being a white man.

That judge is both a hero and comically lazy.

The “child labor” thing is predominantly an “Alabama Thing” rather than a “Kia/Hyundai Thing.

Walkin'.

I’d like to say that I mentally inserted an “a” before the phrase “new engine and transmission mounts” but, let’s be real, it’s a Maserati. I could be seeing the (perhaps very near) future of this car’s history.

I saw the number and thought to myself, “Huh, that might be a compelling value proposition.

This is what’s going on here. It’s also why most people who are provided a vehicle for work are asked not to drive their personal vehicle for work purposes. The employers have got a more robust insurance policy than a lot of individuals.

But is the new flavor grounded to the ground?

Optimally? Zero, that’s what simulators are for.

Little column A, little column B.

It certainly isn’t bad to sit in while driving! At red lights, less so.

Never actually driven a C7 of any flavor, but the C6 Z06 is one of the most incredible performance cars I’ve ever experienced.

I personally think the C6 Z06 is the pinnacle. 7.0L NA V8 is just amazing. The styling is restrained in a way I enjoy. But the ZR1 has that dopey clear hood panel to look at the engine cover that would just make me feel like the biggest dork ever. Plus it’s heavier.

As long as the mall has a covered garage!

Tesla's valuation has been untethered to its actual performance metrics since day one.

Not trying to discredit your stance because I generally agree, but in this case, the shipper takes on the risk since they’re operating the boat. It’s not weird to want to defray that risk by passing some of it to the client.

If it's in the contract, yeah. You're welcome to get your own boat or find a shipper who won't put such a clause in their contracts, but that's never going to happen because the shipper has the boat, and therefore, the leverage.

An ounce of prevention...
