Again, my apologies. As I said to another poster, I could have worded things better. Since the election, I am not afraid to go to the places and people who voted Trump. I’ve listened to people out of jobs and fallen soldiers’ parents. Some of these experiences were obviously completely out of my realm.

Apologies. My meaning was that I am reading from any source regardless of their bias. There is a large voice that says white men in particular are not listening enough. I was asking for your or anyone’s recommendation on voices I need to hear.

I’m a Fed scientist at the USDA. We’ve had steady growth since a reorganization of 2008 (while others had layoffs) and finally started hiring again in the past year and a half. I don’t know what this does but the heads say the outlook is not good.
