Ok I see where you’re coming from. I’m with you there
would probably give you about the same drivability and interior space, with much increased capacity.
I agree there. The obviously cheaper option is mirrors. I’m thinking more mainstream middle of the road vehicles. Every new car has a billions cameras and sensors for all the other safety goodies, why not two more cameras?
I’m a firm believer that most of those assists will make a worse driver. If you can’t exercise proper defensive driving, you’ll never improve it. Too reliant on lane keeping and blind spot detection.
That explains the lack of it in the states, but it seems to be the same worldwide as well
I honestly thought more vehicles would replace side mirrors with some sort of camera system. I’m personally glad they haven’t yet, but I thought that would arise before the self driving craze.
Sumitomo Ice Edge winter tires. Also very effective on a RallyCross course.
I’ve seen you mention your cheap chinese winter tires a few times. So I’ll throw my experience in for your reference. I have Sumitomo Ice Edge winter tires that I also use for SCCA RallyCross. They were $50/tire which puts them in the “used tire” tier of price. The difference between them and my Pirelli P7 HP all…
Oh yes, the non-standard shifter still needs to be tweaked for sure. We aren’t there yet. But making progress
Oh I’ve got a few. But I’ll pick one.
I am indifferent on this take. For vehicles with obvious automatics (family sedans, minivans, SUVs), the less space your shifter take up the better. Although usually looked down on, the rotary shifter on the last gen Chrysler 200 is ingenious and opens up a ton of storage space underneath. Even semi athletic vehicles…
My only issue with tips and advice is the people I’ve given it to hardly ever listen to it.
I would still buy a brand new 200. Give me a 200S AWD with the Pentastar.
Am I the only one that cannot stand the styling? Execution wise I hope it lives up to its hype. But I think it’s uglier than a butt face
Two vehicles (about to be 3) on that list were discontinued for MY 2021: Fusion and MKZ (Continental). If you take those three out, sales still dropped, but sales dropped almost everywhere because of other factors.
Tell me you suck at video games without saying you suck at video games
A freshly graduated indebted 24 year old me was very thankful for the never ending pass. Fed me for two months for $100. RIP In Peace
Although it isn’t considered a holiday, saying “Merry Chrysler” to random folks is my favorite holiday tradition. Especially while working at Ford
