Although the price has hiked since it’s debut, a base Hybrid Maverick would be perfect to live with. Only options I’d tick are spray in bedliner, all weather floor mats, full size spare (can’t believe thats an option now), and tow hitch. $24k out the door in 2022 or whatever year they came out. Now that’s a $27k truck

I was an engineer at a Ford engine plant. Shockingly, the vacuums they used to clear the bearing area of debris were constantly monitored every hour. If I had to guess, the vacuum (or other device they used) failed operation.

enginebearings are stationary (should be). A spun bearing is a bad thing in engines. This sounds like the process for removing the debris is the root cause. Whether it’s a vacuum or a blower, something is not right

came here to say this. Conan’s green SHO is one of my favorite overall vehicles in this world

Amazing. Well written. I take drives to escape for a bit and clear my mind. Every vehicle I have owned has had the exhaust modified some way. Not straight piped and obnoxiously loud, but enough to hear it. Finding a back road and hearing the car roar is an anxiety reducing drug that should be bottled and prescribed.

That’s my work commute. Super pissed I passed on coming in to work that day

Not gonna lie, I clicked this thinking it was the final Chrysler Concorde

This guy gets it!

I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.

Back seat was a little tight for full grown adults. I’ll give you that. It definitely was smaller than the Fusion/Malibu despite being direct competitors

The last gen 200 did all of those very well

Last gen didn’t offer a manual

I’ll die on this hill every time Jalop asks us for hot takes: the last gen Chrysler 200 was a good car.

Every time I spec one they’re over $40k.

I’m completely checked out on the old body style Ram. My experience at FCA plus the horrendous loaner I had for two months steered me away from them

Even with the base engine, one with the options I want is $46,000 out the door.

Me, I would buy this. Especially with the manual shown in the photos (even more doubtful the states will see that). I’m in the market for a simple truck that doesn’t cost $40 grand. I’d love to get the F150 single cab, but I was looking at a $48,000 out the door price. Yikes

It’s a very inexpensive way to get yourself a shot and a beer. I personally love Old Style. The malort isn’t my favorite. The way I describe Malort is that it tastes bad, but it won’t make me queasy. It’s shockingly smooth and goes down well, but the taste stays with you. Shooting tequila? That gives me PTSD from

Former Chicagoan. The Handshake is a great way to kick start your night. Old Style and a shot of Malort. I’ve never paid less than $5 for the combo

Man, I miss my ‘05 Touring. Magnesium Pearl was only available for one year and my car had it. Dumb high school self ignored maintenance intervals and let the timing belt go at 115k miles
