“I know what I’ve got”
You are a great example of why people don’t enjoy this place as much as they used to. I’m sure you have a great one-liner come back for me, fully loaded with sarcasm, but my statement is true. Stop being such a douchebag in the comments and maybe take the criticism to heart to make the site better.
If people want to be paid more and have great benefits, I get it, but they’re going to have to pay more for all of their goods and services at the same time. My wife runs a smaller business and her staff is constantly on her to raise the pay, but that doesn’t mean her business is making more money on the top unless…
Your response is exactly why they aren’t bringing it to the US.
Actually there were $35k M3's available for purchase at one point, but you needed to special order. A fair amount of people actually ended up with them too, including Edmunds I think.
Oh yeah the Cybertruck. That’s definitely going to happen. And it’ll definitely be $40k.
For sale:
They’re more dangerous because the fires last longer? Can you provide some statistics that prove more people die in electric car crashes than ICE car crashes? Not saying you’re wrong here, but I haven’t ever heard such a thing. The general consensus is that they’re less dangerous due to the added crumple zones and…
As long as boomers are alive Dodge will continue selling 800HP trash heaps
So you think the only reason people buy them is because of the badge? That’s kind of a stretch.
I think you’re absolutely right, but at the same time I cannot understand the concept of brand loyalty. If someone makes a better product, that’s what I buy. If this is how the rest of the consumer world worked, it would probably make sense for GM to proceed with this strategy of focusing on trucks and SUVs, but…
This alone is grounds for being fired. The F-type was glorious.
My point was that the MSRP of a car doesn’t necessarily correlate with the quality of the manual transmission. Another thing, from what I see online the MSRP of the 2000 S2k was $32k, or even lower in some instances. Lastly, the Miata is less expensive and has a significantly better transmission.
Yep, spot on. I’m hoping that Nissan puts a really nice automatic in the new 400Z, like a ZF.
Oh okay, so that’s the goalpost. The 350Z had a very similar MSRP to the S2000 when they were being sold new. Is that fair? Or how about the Miata, which is cheaper?
I agree with your assessment. For what it was, the Z was fine and I’m excited to see what this next generation is like.
Yeah look, I’m not saying its the exact same car with a body kit, but the 370Z was an iterative update on the 350. Probably comparable to a C5 —> C6.
Low $30k’s is cheap for a 300hp+ rwd v6 sportscar. If your gripe is that Nissan was making too much money off of them, please feel free to research how profitable that company has been in recent years.
A few things:
... why are you on this website? You sound like every aunt I have who doesn’t understand why I drive something that isn’t a Rav4.
