The internet is a weird place.

There you go, don’t let facts get in the way of your political agenda.

Shouldn’t that be up to tesla how they want to sell their own product? The free market will decide if this is a good model or not.

Your solution is to force Tesla to use the typical dealership model? America is supposed to be a free market, if the consumer doesn’t want to buy direct they have the ability to walk down the street and buy a different car from a regular dealership. Tesla doesn’t want to force other manufacturers to do things a

It works well in just about every other retail industry. Dealerships are the skeezy middleman that nobody wants to deal with.

That’s possible, but what I’m talking about is the actual speed of the shift. It seemed to me that since the system was a single-clutch style it always held the next gear up. Are you saying yours downshifts as fast as it upshifts?

And I agree with you, however the problem with that generation of SMG was the downshifts. It was lightning fast going up, but it felt like every other automatic coming down... which made things frustrating.

I suspect that something was wrong with the clutch in the one you drove, they are typically very light. I agree about the shifter being a bit vague, that’s the case with most BMWs.

Wow, that’s a cool chart! Where did you get this from??

Your suggestion kind of nailed it. The GTO has it’s downsides but man they’re actually aging well, especially compared to similar year mustangs, and the interiors are not that bad. I’d definitely want the dual hoodscoop years, which I think are 05/06, and a manual transmission.

Uh... yes?

Ask Jeremy is he’s hungry (for your own safety)

This would make a really cool $10k coffee table

Normally it’s easy to make fun of Doug for acting like an idiot in his videos, but I’d be doing the same thing with this car. It really is the greatest ever.

Jesus, you paint a bleak picture. I’ve lived here my whole life and while I agree about the downtown (it’s a dump) the rest of the city is actually pretty great. There are things that can be improved, as there are with any city, and the casinos will never go away, but I’m willing to accept that in return for no state

Thanks for the tip, I’ll give that a shot.

How in the hell did you get that kind of incentive package?? I’m getting close to crunch time on a new car and I cannot find anything near that on VW’s website. I’d buy today if I could score that deal, especially with the lighting package.

Solution: don’t live in one.

I don't know if anyone has ever told you this, but you are the embodiment of positivity.

I love LOVE living in an HOA community. Not all are equal though, some have old people who are nazis about everything, but many are reasonable. Ours isn’t bad, the houses look fantastic and property values are higher because of it.
