So, it’s like a tank on stilts, with a big grappling arm, and lots of exposed electronics and hydraulics?
I think “creamed jeans” already speaks volumes.
what, no, I always wear a seat-belt... who are these people? Uber/Lyft drivers are some of the worst drivers I have been in the car with, if I could wear a 2nd seat-belt, I would.
You try bracing yourself in a crash enough not to go flying out of your seat.
This is a fun/observant article. The hug/handshake dilemma is a weird one. Sometimes I want to hug a close male friend and I get looked at like I have two heads (as I am also a guy). Other times I would much rather shake the hand of a female acquaintance and my hand receives a glare that seems to suggest it’s coated…
If you’re having trouble comprehending the nature of this law I would just stay out of the left lane. Thanks.
If you think this makes the left lane illegal to be in you should stay right... problem solved.
Not good enough. Driving to Houston last weekend we spent more than an hour trapped behind a truck in the left lane driving exactly the same speed as a truck in the right lane. Both never dropping below the speed limit.
I’d argue that isn’t actively passing. Seems like you should be going at least 5 mph faster than the other vehicle.
Well Canadian trucks need to stop passing at 63 mph against another truck at 62 mph on I29 in North Dakota. I really don’t want to be going 12 mph under the speed limit because it takes about 2 miles to pass it feels like.
That’s literally the dumbest question i’ve seen here
Keeping right unless passing is actually the law in a few states. It is rarely enforced. That’s the real issue.
I think a better option would be to take the Type R and make it look like a ‘normal’ Civic (which is slightly less ugly).
fuck you
Soo...yea...not true. I hate the idea of slavery on multiple levels, but this is a straight up lie. When Europeans landed in Africa, they pretty much took advantage of a system that was already in place. Yes, we cranked it to 11 with little regard for anything but profit and efficiency as we are wont to do, but we…
This. Chances are that your new-ish car is still fine and will continue to be fine for a while. We’re mostly past the era of terrible cars, and even the crappiest new car will get to 150k miles without too many issues.
Actually there is a solution if he “wants to get into a truck”. Sell car privately for far more than the $16,300 trade in, pay off as much of loan as possible, search craigslist for- body type: pickup, price: <$4000. Suck it up and pay into remaining loan balance every month until it is paid off. Drive cheap pickup…
