I like it a lot. But it’s a little....rough.

I’m not and accountant, but:
but cubic feet is a weird way to measure bridges. it could be super thin and narrow, like maybe a bridge for hamsters. then a thousand cubic feet of bridge could be quite long.
Compared to the price of the outgoing Bolt EUV, the base Equinox EV (if Chevy ever gets around to building it at the $35k price they keep saying) makes a lot of sense as a big step up in size. If they can’t keep the new Bolt under $30k then I can’t see a lot of people opting not to step up into the Equinox.
Anyone with half a brain know that the right likes to talk a big game about keeping automotive jobs in the US but what they do is undermine unions any chance they get. Luckily for them, it’s clear that a lot of people in this country don’t have half a brain.
No range estimates?
Maybe one day the “anti-woke” crowd will realize that most of the internet today is posting shit literally to just to upset them for clicks. It’s actually incredible how much of social media is some person who got popular for baking bread or underwater welding getting clicks and comments for posting a stolen…
Right - they are holding their sales targets and things are going as planned. Launching new models and updating existing models takes a lot of investment, which they forecasted for. Seems like things are going alright at Rivian.
But every exterior surface will exfoliate the shit out of you. Whether that’s good or bad is up to you I guess.
I think James May drank some on camera, like, 8 years ago? So I guess the answer is and has been yes.
For moment my brain was having trouble processing how large of a flatbed tow truck they had found to haul it.
Sure sure sure. Vote for the guy who’s going to dismantle the EPA to protect the jobs of American coal miners line the pockets of his rich oil exec buddies.
Right - it’s a little on the high end of pricing based on a quick google search. It may be nicer than the $8-9k examples, but the modifications hurt the value unless you find a buyer with identical tastes. ND.
But certainly one of the worst seen at a dealership - and Spurr is not a buy-here-pay-lot, it’s a real dealership.
I wish my city made more money from parking tickets. - not from meters that run out or cars that didn’t get moved 10 minutes after the parking side alternated. Cars that are parked in no-parking zone, no stopping zones, no standing zones, bus lanes, etc. It’s so fucking frustrating having to pull half way into an…
They are pretty decent from my rental car experience too. At sticker, no way I’m getting one over a Camry or Accord. But for 30% off, not a bad option for a brand new car.
Despite crackdowns on how dealers advertise pricing, the shit I see in online adds from Chevy dealers is insane. $8000 off!*
$19,500 is a lot, but the car tries it’s best to look the part. I don’t know if the V8 swap hurts the value - maybe someone spending this much wants something all original or would prefer to spend less on a fixer-upper. I just don’t know much about TVRs other than random shit from old Top Gear episodes, and those were…
I’m just here to complain about the slope of the rear end and how much better of a vehicle it would be if it was more vertical. That’s all.
I agree that prices will probably drop in general if the credit goes away. But on vehicles that are getting $7500 on the hood (the Blazer being a good example) to be competitive in classes where the other vehicles are eligible for the tax-credit - when no one gets that credit they won’t need to match what the…
