Research indicates (apparently) that there is no correlation between acne and fash-washing. If you’re gonna have acne, you’ll have it regardless of whether or not you wash your face and vice versa. I still wash my face at night to scrub off all my makeup, but I stopped washing it in the mornings about 10 years ago.

In my experience, that is super common on the competitive dance circuit. It’s all about how many quad pirouettes and switch leaps you can crank out and not at all about actual technique/form.
