You know, Ezra is a stronger Jedi now than Luke was in THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK. Luke couldn’t lift his X-wing out of the swamp. Ezra just pushed a TIE bomber out of a hangar bay.”

I found it funny that Kanan was so nervous to meet Hera’s father and then was kind of kissing his ass.”

Even at this point of the series, Kanan and Hera are obviously a thing. She has called him “love” multiple times by this episode.

Did Kanan mistakenly identify Sabine, Zeb and Ezra out of nervousness with Cham, or did he identify them correctly and I just heard wrong?”

These are creatures that live their whole lives in outer space.  Why is it so improbable that they would learn to travel in outer space, including in hyperspace?

Post-Order 66 Jedi don’t know about the “no detachment” rule, or they know about it but there aren’t able to teach it like they could during the Clone Wars times.

the inessentialness(?) of this episode”

I don’t really grasp the reason the Ghost crew risked all their fuel to find a mining refinery that would have more for them to use later (the explanation strains logistical and logical sense)

too much magic and hokey religion”

Didn’t Danny Aiello say that the car had a sprinkler system in it? It was the fancy limo of the rich villain, and Aiello said “Can you believe it?”  And Willis, half-winking to the audience, said “Yeah, yeah I guess I *can* believe it.”

They used Steve “Spike” Blum for two different Stormtroopers in two different locations”

The Rebel Alliance is a big thing.  It’s entirely believable that this crew was involved in many attacks on the Empire throughout the original trilogy and survived.

It’s not that big of a leap that Imperial Walker legs would improve in the ~7 years from this episode to ESB.

It’s almost like this episode takes place ~4 years before ANH and she learned over those years the things she says and does in ANH.

This is all part of Leia’s cover. She is playing the part of an entitled princess (is she a senator at this point?) who is loyal to the Empire but her ships keep getting stolen by rebels.

There the moment where the first transport ship is released and starts to lift off, but the lieutenant and his two (just two?) Stormtroopers don’t notice until Leia points it out (why did she do that?).

I don’t want to rag on TCW”

Ahsoka received her ‘due’ for six freaking years of her own series.”

Hey, Hera: why did you just send Kanan and Rex out to save Ezra and Commander Sato?”

After R2 is missing in that episode, Anakin is given a new astromech droid, and everyone expects him to accept the new droid like he accepted R2, but he doesn’t ... which was the right call because the new droid turns out to be a Separatist (?) spy.
