Not that it’s a huge deal but the first airing of the Minneapolis Monster Jam will be at 12:30pm EST on FS1. It’s the only new event they’ll be showing in the marathons of Monster Jam this weekend. The rest have all been aired before.

I highly doubt this electric series comes to fruition unless everyone involved has just untold amounts of money to blow. From an outsider perspective GRC looks like a bottomless money pit. One of the most impressive things I saw all year was the Max-D crew and a few others replace the motor in Max-D mid show at the Foxborough Monster Jam. The motor blew in qualifying as one of the last pairs and they had the truck ready to go in less than two hours. Granted monster trucks are a totally different beast…
