Well! I hope this finally inspires the American Medical Assn to get on the ball, & sic their lawyers on Reddit. It is all too possible that the duplicate initialisms could endanger human lives.

The transition really hit in 2014. I get it in a way, but when a very young woman effects a series of vast surgical changes before age 20—so extreme, that the only semblance of her mid-teen to her 20-year old face rests in a jawline, or heart-shaped face—it makes me a little sad.

The big flying ones are “palmetto bugs.” Waterbugs are the same size (too big), & fairly fast, but they can’t fly. My cub loves ‘em--he always takes point, while mama-cat does perimeter. I just get as far away as possible & screech like a little girl.
