A “life imprisonment” sentence for attempted murder, though? What he did was horrific, but is it common for such offenders to get a Life sentence in such cases? (Am ignorant of law; had kinda assumed “Life” was mainly an alternative to “Death.” Feel free to laugh at me). Or is this a tactic employed by prosecution as

Well! I hope this finally inspires the American Medical Assn to get on the ball, & sic their lawyers on Reddit. It is all too possible that the duplicate initialisms could endanger human lives.

The transition really hit in 2014. I get it in a way, but when a very young woman effects a series of vast surgical changes before age 20—so extreme, that the only semblance of her mid-teen to her 20-year old face rests in a jawline, or heart-shaped face—it makes me a little sad.

Then again, there’s this (madly <3 old S7FS):

Like he’d bother wasting brain-time on DFT during his 1st full, stress-free Vacation in 8 years. Hello?

Also, sorry, but the new face just does not work. She now looks like some generic ‘00s WB actress :(.

Welp, switching to raw game meat (for cats/dogs; easy to find in NYC pet-supply shops, at least) sure helped my UTI-prone mamacat.

Arnold—like DFT—is a known lady-groping pig, but, oh, geez... He’s reasonably bright, disciplined, fairly self-aware, & does his homework before opening his mouth. In many ways, he’s far less repellent than Ronald Reagan.

The big flying ones are “palmetto bugs.” Waterbugs are the same size (too big), & fairly fast, but they can’t fly. My cub loves ‘em--he always takes point, while mama-cat does perimeter. I just get as far away as possible & screech like a little girl.

a. Agree that DFT has always believed that being Prezuh-dent is equivalent to becoming King O’th’World.’

Well, as a teen, I read a quote--tho I cannot locate the speaker now—saying that, compared to Afroamericans, white Americans have advantages equivalent to the children of movie stars. Though in my 20s I was just sort of “blind” to race (lol); personal experience, observation, & reading later in life have all supported

Personally, I miss “ofay.” Ofay really deserves a comeback in this era.

What? Look; as a lifelong White Person, I’ve had lots of wypipo-awareness moments that have made me cringe (& expect more to come). Nothing wrong with calling us out. Did James Baldwin ever say, “hey, Imma stop flaming white ppl for being blind & stupid—it’s just too harsh”?

Oh, Bob!! <3 <3 <3

Thanks for adding perspective. As a program Vet (MMTP for 10 yrs until a whimsical notion prompted a deceptively easy taper detox; then, relapse of course; followed by a Columbia Presbyterian program sandwiched between 2 pvt Drs)—to be fair, my sourness is primarily related to CP.

Uh, huh. My 1st thought was, “Sooo, she vaguely—but not-quite—retained a memory of Amadou Diallo? But, didn’t actually bother to look it up.” She didn’t remember Diallo, nor did she bother to f*cking-look-up-that-name.

Heh; look at all the “like” stars for this post (mine included). We are such wusses. Bwaaahhhhwaaaa!! :(

Sigh... I miss the long-defunct site, BarackObamaIsYourNewBicycle. Even before he was elected, it somehow always made me feel better.

Love your interviews. Even though our perspectives may differ, your subjects tend to be awesome. But yeah, re differing: am confused by the emphasis on the director’s “privilege” & “outside” status. C’mon; many, many classic documentaries are made by “outsiders” to the world they are depicting. A talented “outsider”
