What about the Taco’s lame and outdated drum brakes!? Seriously, you can spend $50K (Canuckbucks) on a truck with drums.

Harsh things to say about floorboards.

I find most silver to be pretty bland, but Lexus Atomic Silver is really quite something. Sadly photos do not do it justice...

Not true, the first three months during limited availability, there will no doubt be dealers asking $10K over MSRP

The independent rear suspension is worth that and more. The drastic interior improvements this generation will receive was baked into the price of previous generations but was never actually delivered.

I’m fine with the aesthetic, the engine/CVT, combo is a dumpster fire that I will never own.

Two tone can look good if it follows character lines of a vehicle. This looks terrible. Some good examples:

Updated mediocre is still mediocre.

Even better, they realize their car seat doesn’t work with the seatbelts and sell their lightly used $70,000 SUV for a minivan, and someone (like me) that uses a truck for truck things can buy at a discount?!

Garmin? WTF, I thought it was German! I won’t attempt to make the same comparison...

And at that weight they are in a booster seat where an inflatable seat belt has proven safer. Not that I’m affected one way or another with my mid trim SEL Ford Edge though...

Generally speaking (full size) vans are much worse on fuel than a full size truck, cannot double duty as a family hauler, are harder to drive and park, rust all to shit, absolutely shit to drive, uncomfortable as hell and cannot tow nearly as much as a half ton. Oh, and they cost way more than a pick up truck too.

Everybody should buy a 2008 Honda Fit.

Came here for this. I have a 3 yr old child, and have never “buckled” him in. Two LATCH connectors when rearward facing, a third tether over the seatback when I switched him to forward facing.

Lol, I’m sure a shifter boot will help, but what about this:

There’s a few that are awesome... Cayman, Boxster, 4C.. I think it’s the long front overhangs that make mid-engine cars look awful.

Bargain basement interior though.

6'2", no problem fitting a Mk7 with the sunroof. Opt for tin roof and you gain an extra couple inches. If you didn’t fit, you didn’t lower the seat.

Sounds about right, or maybe Mitsub...uh, huh. Yup.

Only the Nissans.
