That lack of power is a feature.
That’s a FireChicken. No infringement here.
An umbrella or a stick of some sort through the spokes of the front wheel ought to so the trick...
That was the Rolls.
Just prior to election, soon to be President Cheetos was driving around in a Rolls Royce which is a subsidiary of...BMW. What a hypocrite.
So long as those shit heaps keep Jeep in the black and allow the couple good SUVs they do have, I’m okay with it.
Amortizing platform cost over several models is paramount to the success of any car company. It seems Mergio didn’t get the memo.
Mercedes had that in 2013 with their SLS AMG Electric Drive.
Hatch/Wagon > Sedan, but to each their own. The Mazda is also way more money. A better equipped Golf GTI (220hp, 258tq) is only $3000 more than a base 2018 Mazda Mazda6 (187hp, 186tq). Or for that matter a Golf 4Motion Sportwagen (170hp/199tq) is cheaper than the base Mazda6. As least here in Canuckistan anyway... and…
I couldn’t say with certainty without driving the trio back to back (to back), but the VW is easily the best looking, with refinement and interior quality that would likely embarrass the other two. And again, city streets, slow car fast, etc...
Even a small car can be safe. Late 90's Corollas need not apply. Sorry about your in-laws BTW...
Inching along in rush hour traffic in a major metropolis? I would pick one Up! in a heartbeat.
Same boat, same route, 16.5mpg. The F-150 is 1800lbs heavier and I loaded it with far more crap, and it still did a bit better. I kept to the bare minimum with the the Edge because Ford doesn’t post a GCWR for it.
It was a 3300lb boat/trailer with it’s own surge brakes so I was nearing the towing limit of 3500lbs. I had 4000lbs to spare with the F-150. But the truck had a much larger frontal area, 1800lbs more mass and a 250% larger displacement. Fuel economy aside, the Edge performed pretty well, but there is no Eco in…
The little 4 pot towed pretty well, low rpm torque is what it’s good at. It was perfectly capable of 6th gear cruising provided there were no hills, which were done in 5th or even 4th. I would prefer towing with a longer wheelbase. It felt a little wobbly (like the trailer was driving the car) when I pulled out to…
I drive the vehicle like I do my own. In fact I’ve been trying to hyper mile it to see if I can at least beat the 3.5L I had in the previous 2013 Edge. I got the 2013 with 50K miles so I don’t know its history but the 2018 is new so maintenance isn’t an issue. But I service at the dealer with all OEM parts at dealer…
Except turbo engines often get shit fuel economy. My company 2018 2.0EB Edge AWD is nearly identical to the consumption of my 2014 pre-aluminum F-150 Crew 4x4 with the 5.0 that I sold when I got the company whip.
If someone told me this was played at 1.5x speed, I wouldn’t have doubted it. This car rewrites the laws of physics.
My bad. So $200k Cdn. When I see fuel efficient - I think low cost of ownership. I don’t see the value proposition in a Tesla, they are only for the 1%’ers.
