If you have $100K+ for a car, I’m guessing fuel economy is a moot point.

True, but so is an Elantra.
Cutting the roof off of any car makes it a steaming coil of shit. While there is an argument that can be made for cars designed as a convertible in the first place not being shitty, I personally think any car is better with a fixed roof. Miata included.
Price... yes. Megalomanic CEO, features, build quality, refinement, and service? No.
And the Model 3 is?
Versa? You sick bastard...
You forgot a zero.
Layin’ down 11's...
...and now everyone knows they all have the keys in the ignition.
Tom had posted autotrader listings, I did the same.
For shits and giggles, I took a look nationwide on Autotrader. I found one 2017. It was a base RS at $50,168. That’s still $6000US more than 100kms away in the US.
Hah! No.
WTF! The best RS price in Canada is $56,499. I get the Canuckistan Peso is low, but even after exchange thats $44,000 US.
Is that you Elon?
Sure, to get out from under water, but what about all those leases coming due? Not everyone takes out 9 year loans...
Except those are EPA, not real world. My 18' Edge* gets 19MPG with the 2L EB in mixed driving. Rated at 17/27MPG.
Funny, I think it just makes her all the more charming... But I guess that makes me a kiss ass..
No, they just happen to buy into the brand and what it represents. I don’t. I happen to like bikes that light, handle well, and are fun and stop. I’m not saying H-D owners are wrong, just not the direction consumer sentiment is heading.
But you’re still stuck riding a Harley. There are far better options (lighter, faster, more reliable, smoother, more comfortable, subjectively more attractive) and likely all the above for less money without the stigma HD conjures. This coming from someone that falls into their core demographic.
