This week I taught myself to crochet granny squares and ordered yarn for a lovely granny square rainbow blanket. The yarn will be my Sinterklaas present, so have to wait. Eeeep! I almost can’t wait!

Yesterday was grey and rainy and perfect for my millionbøf. We had it with garlic mash. All was made in my Instant Pot - I love you, potty <3

Ooh, I also made two loaves of lovely fiber bread. I forgot the dough for over an hour in my bread machine, but thankfully it didn’t harm it in the end. The bread has whole wheat, flax seeds, rolled oats, and oat bran. It keeps really well - last time I made it we managed to eat both loaves before either went stale or…

I made Instant Pot Butter Chicken. It is unbelievably delicious and easy to make and makes enough sauce for a second dinner.
