1. You admit that you make racist joke as a Jewish but then become upset when Yang does it. I think there is a word that describe your condition and it is called hypocrite.

I think this article overlooks a fair bit of information about Yang and his ideas. Mainly, that his UBI proposal does not replace any existing welfare programs. It stacks on top of all public assistance/benefits besides some of the “cash-like” ones (SNAP, TANF, etc.) which typically have monthly benefits much lower

I was listening to the last deabte as I was driving home and when Yang said, “I’m Asian, so I know a lot of doctors”. I actually said, “holy shit”. I’m Jewish and I’ll make jokes like Yang did, but I wouldn’t do it in mixed company.

Was talking with a friend the other day and recalled that there is literally a bible verse that says “in as much as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” So we’re clear, the bible is extremely pro-minding-your-own-business and don’t-start-no-shit-won’t-be-no-shit.  Very unclear why they feel the need to

Here’s why I despise the Quebecois: they literally insisted on removing all the dual-language street signs, and replacing them with French-only street signs, at significant public expense. Seriously, WTF Quebecois?

I dropped out of this article at the sentence where you say that he needs to get behind candidates who actually have substantive ideas. Like him or not, Yang has more specific policy proposals about a broader range of topics than any of the other candidates, and he had them from the start of his campaign, while all of

you arent incorrect but I think the author is mischaracterizing Yang’s supporters because real white nationalists wouldn’t support him. This was just a smear job on the authors part

“...White Nationalists find Asians to be the most agreeable non-white group in our society”)...”

100% agree this might be the worst smear article I have ever seen written. As a journalist of any sort you should be ashamed. Do some research.

I agree with you! Thank you! Also, FYI, I am a male Hispanic from New York City. Far from a white nationalist LOL!

Now playing

This is the most ridiculous smear of Yang I have seen thus far, congrats.

I mean, it’s pretty on-brand for an American teacher of the French language to be linguistically pedantic and a religious bigot in equal measures.

Yeah — a killer space macaque, yeah sure (macaques are the primates that are generally used in research, for example HIV research, as they can be infected by the very similar SIV virus), but baboons?

I’m not sure how much you really NEEDED to say about him at that point. He’d been living basically as an exile out near Neptune for who knows how long. I just expected/wanted something a little more than ‘No, I’m not going back with you. Well, actually, maybe I am. Wait, no I’m not’ by the time they got there. Tommy

The narration was pretty miserable, really undercut a lot of the movie.

Earlier in the movie they mention how Space Command covered up what his dad had done because they wanted him to be a hero. Brad Pitt just saved the planet so I assume they would want to portray him as just a hero too and therefore pretend those murders never happened. Or Pitt had the leverage (telling the truth of

that was pretty clearly self-defense as SpaceCom ordered those astronauts to neutralise him first.

Dawn of the Dead (2004), too!

Is there a circumstance where camo fatigues designed to blend in with moon dirt/rocks would help? Either you’re wearing it under a space suit, or else you’re having a real bad day. That couch camo from Toys would be 1000% more useful up there.
