People create terms to describe what they are feeling and try to find solidarity with others, if they exist. These terms are descriptive until you make them prescriptive.

Unfortunately, sociopathy is a personality disorder, not just a sexual deviancy issue. Chemical castration is probably not enough for someone like Brian.

To me, the worst part of this is that he 's most likely a sociopath and therefore incapable of guilt or fear. Bodily harm is probably the only way to fuck him over.

It's not even that it's just made for heterosexual men; much of it is made for shock value or because the acts are taboo, not because many people like doing them.
