They should give it the 6.0 L tuned M120 from the Pagani Zonda. Imagine an 800 HP super luxurious 4 wheeled land yacht.

So a local stretch of road had a speed limit of 35 mph. They did a speed survey a few months ago that showed that about 85% of drivers traveled more than mph above the speed limit. So they added an additional $200 fine to that stretch (vs adjusting the speed limit).
