I remember where I was on 9/11. I was in my sixth-grade social studies class when the first plane hit the towers, and I was in math class when they told us what had happened.
On 9/12, my cross-country coach told a Muslim kid on our team to leave practice. Some people remember it as him saying to do that for his own safety, but it seems weird because that would mean he was worried WE were going to hurt him. So I don't buy it.
