Can confirm-the opposite of what you eat as a child is what you will eat as an adult. I lived on carob and tempeh as a child and now I eat chocolate chips out of the bag for a snack (thats your lifehack right there folks) and basically cannot keep chips in my house

yeah I usually go to bed at 10 and my husband goes to bed around 2, those 4 hours of sleeping by myself are amaaazzzzing. He probably thinks the same about the hours from 7-10 when he sleeps alone in the morning!
