This is the bit that had me almost insane with frustration during the election. *Clearly* this fucking psychic vampire feeds on attention. So he took more and more horrendous stances and what did they do? Cyclically fed the fucking monster to the point where the Democratic candidates were barely covered.

She gave Obama one last opportunity to show what a good human being he is.

I can’t even imagine how embarrassing this was for her. I fainted at work once in front of 2 people and I couldn’t look anyone in the face for a week. She fainted in front of the president and held up his final press conference — I would never recover.

It’s been interesting watching Twitter after the press conference. All the reporters are talking about the Russia Hacks or the fainting episode or anything but the two solid minutes where Obama lambasted them for running with the hacked email narrative for 6 months then wondering why it was such a big deal.

You’ve forgotten my favorite, and most obvious, one: when Gwyneth Paltrow took an photo of Kanye and Jay-Z performing in Paris and captioned it “n****s in Paris”. Like, even with the asterisks, not okay.

You should definitely whitesplain it again, dude. Go on. You know you can’t stop yourself.

I’ve been getting some mileage out of this:

Counterpoint: Marvel knew that Doctor Strange was going to make a bazillion dollars whether they cast an Asian actor or Tilda Swinton in the role. They may be one of the few movie studios that doesn’t have to use that bullshit economic excuse to justify whitewashing a cast because their cult following and mass appeal…

To my fellow minorities and marginalized folks:

Ugh teenagers, please stop making stuff up. You will get found out, and it will cast doubt on all the legitimate incidents of hate crimes post-election.

A little O/T but I think I’ve found a way to survive the next four years, by combining our two favorite topics: kittens and politics. Because I can’t look at that bloated, orange fascist for one moment longer.

Frankly, I wouldn’t blame Clinton (or Obama) one bit if they just flipped us off and went and lived the rest of their lives in peace and luxury.

We are a very fucking fickle nation. We didn’t deserve the Obama’s. The cynical part of me thinks we actually deserve the 2 week old pumpkin spice latte as an overlord, just because there wasn’t enough of us that could simply rally around human decency.

And there’s a reason why they aren’t. “Cry-baby liberals. Can’t handle the fact that they lost the election. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” That’s pretty much all I see in the comment section of stories and several groups. Oh, and the racist and sexist comments never stop as well.

I can’t watch this bc I’m still denying the reality that we’re going from this intelligent, thoughtful, compassionate, and inspiring role model to a screaming orange racist dinglefart. It’s like if mom divorced our nice, kind, lovely dad and took up with...Donald Trump.

Clearly the most divisive President in history. An absolute embarrassment to the country. I’m so glad we have finally found a way out of this Obama nightmare of the past eight years.
