I can’t speak for anyone else, but it hit a critical point for me. I knew they were assholes and hypocrites ... between sports reporting and social media, there are tons of concrete examples of how they are assholes and hypocrites.

I used to watch a ton of games - Thursday night, at least two on Sunday, Monday night -then I got jaded. Too many issues to list them all, but you can include not caring about spousal abuse, hiding concussion data, and the culture that surrounds “the shield” among the tops of them.
