Ya know, that’s a very fair point. Canceling my upcoming order.

There’s a thread going on on r/souside about sous viding your steak with peanut butter on it. Lots of positive responses.

Eggcellent! More keto recipes and hacks please!

Second to Khioskh, it was great. Additionally there was a Mikkeller and friends bottle shop that was amazing too.

I’m a recent convert. I had prepared a bunch of giant patties for Sous Vide and inevitable ending up splitting each into 3 smaller patties and smashing away. Some seriously amazing burgers and super easy/quick to cook. I might not ever sous vide a burger again.

Thank you! this is the info I came here for

I just did the instructions on my phone and it prompted me for WatchOS or iOS. So maybe they changed the beta policy for watchos?

Claire I just did this. It’s amazing. A huge improvement over my 4-6 hour one. What so you think about 48 hours?

I’m always in favor of more desserts

You know I did this early on, but only for a few hours. I think I’m going back in for a full day cook. Thanks!

The problem I’ve had shopping for RoboAdvisors is... well comparing them. Its relatively easy to compare them based on fee structure, but deciding the value of Tax Loss harvesting and other features is difficult. As well as assessing the strength of the recommended portfolios... I’m basically just taking their word

I suppose financial freedom means (to me) that I am comfortably and without stress related to money living the lifestyle I want to right now. Additionally it means that I’m always putting away enough money so that am confident I will be living the lifestyle I want in the future.

I used this a few years ago when I was in Europe. I think it was the first time I’ve been like “Holy crap, we’re in the future!”. This is really amazing

Thanks, I’ll give that a try!

Hi Claire! I’m going to be Sous Videing (viding?) my turkey this year. Already did a test run and it came out great. I have not however, found a good recommendation for what temp to cook the dark meat at. I think I went with 68.5C for 24 hours and that worked well. Just not sure if it’s optimal. Suggestions? Thanks!

Great post! I’ve been doing pretty much the same thing for a few years now. I also bought some memory foam and lined my suitcase with it. Then my suitcases have straps or the ability to close off certain parts of it. For beer, some people suggest taping the tops too, I’ve only done that internationally.

I was just having a sous vide conversation this weekend and my friend was saying he’s done wings a few times with good results. Alcohol was involved, but I think he said he finished in a toaster oven

This looks like it’s been taken down... and forcefully removed from my browsers. Any replacements?
