I love this car much better without the wing and splitter. I know they are functional, but so is a truck bed and I don’t want that either.

you know, now one will hear your judgment of the corvette driver while it passes you :-). I like the Porsche too - except for the antiquated manual transmission. In a car that sophisticated it’s like an iPhone with rotary dial. Sure, you use your hands - but so what? It’s slower.
A few thoughts:
THISSSSSS is the new Corvette!!!!!!
Stop pretending this car doesn’t suck and that the people who drive them haven’t compromised any hope of an enjoyable car because they have responsibilities and budget concerns that overshadow every other portion of buying a car. This thing sucks.
I have a 2017 Corvette Grandsport. I got it as a more sensible option to the two 911’s I’ve had over the last 8 years or so. It’s a fantastic car. Yeah, the plastics and switches are not as AAA quality as the Porsche, but it’s a great, fun car. I’m interested in the C8. I hope the price doesn’t increase…
Is this insinuating that socialists prefer their cocks in the back? If so, a sorta cliche joke but very deftly made lol.
That’s what an suv is right ? (cough Jeeps...cough...)
I wonder if they did some focus groups in order to establish where the uncanny valley effect and the expressiveness of anthropomorphic but still photorealistic animals overlap. Would giving Simba a child‘s face and range of expressions have just made him disturbing(er)? Or would it have been more fun. I don‘t really…
Mazda is becoming the VW of like 2010 but with a pleather dashboard.
The only thing that I see that bothers me is that the back ends on these always seem like they are dragging a bit, as though it has too much cargo in it - even when it‘s just the driver. Kia makes a good car and this thing will probably feel like a steal compared to a Honda Pilot - which might be the most similar car…
I have a corvette grand sport and the things are literally causing a lawsuit because of damaged wheels. The wheels themselves are a bit on the delicate side, with regard to how thick the spokes are - but good grief the rear tires are like a 25 series!
Between the price (high) the performance (low) and the economy of the motor (good but not a revelation) it‘s easy to understand why someone didn‘t spend the extra money. I think passenger car buyers will likely remember the VW scandal too.
This car look like a giant, pinched turd with a coat of paint and googley eyes tacked on.
Looks more like the nsx than the corvette to my eyes.
Only with an automatic or would totally buy...
Not hating on TF at all but Harris is the guy you’d want to take you to a track day to hang out. Anyone who’s seen CH do the review of the Rolls SUV, where he absolutely trashes it and is funny in the process, would understand that the dude just has the charisma that made the Big 3 so much fun on Top Gear in the…
I’m a middle-aged white guy and MR might be my favorite athlete. No illusions that she’s a perfect person but her total impatience for the BS that athletes are expected to cheerfully deal with is a revelation. Pay them and please get this woman some endorsements. Unlike the Instagram crowd, she doesn’t make me want…
This looks less like a front wheel drive car than the BMW does.
You’re right, the resemblance is striking. But the wheelbase isn’t short... it’s 20 inches longer than the Firebird :-P.
