There is nothing wrong with that car that 100 lb/ft of torque and 40 HP couldnt solve. Except perhaps a pumpkin-spice paint delete option :-)

They don’t need to make a phone. They just need to make a case/adapter that connects to android or iPh0ne and lets the user have real controls and not the silly virtual controllers that smart phone games have. Nintendo has the following that people would actually get people to invest.

I’d say, honestly, either a base Corvette and keep the moneymoney, or the Carrera... Next year when the turbos kick in. I don’t see spending that much money on a Corvette and the base Carrera needs torque.

It’s more expensive than either I’m sure, and it should be a bit lighter than the R so I would imagine there is more overlap that the stats sheet might at first suggest. I personally think they ruined the styling of the car - but I’ve never seen one in person.

How do you feel about the styling? I thought the 1st gen was amazing, the 2nd a bit feminine. Do you think this car looks and drives uniquely enough to buy it instead of a Golf R or an S3?

I think that is much to close to the discount you can get on a brand new one - though admittedly it would be a coupe. I've seen the new one on Autotrader for about 80.

First of all, this is easily the nicest looking Mini because the rest of the car doesn’t look too small for the gigantic front end.

This is what I think of when I see the front end. The rest of it looks very much like the latest infiniti sedan. I’m sure it’s fun to drive though. But the styling is just ok.

Are traction control systems and high mileage tires making this worse? I've often wondered if my wife's minivan was so under-tired to keep it from having the grip to roll over.

It now looks like Jar Jar Binks is staring at you though. The evil clown face of the steering wheel of the new S Class is worse though. :-)

Yeah and there once was Windows 98. :-) I drove one of these - I had to be explained every control but the gas, brakes, and steering. Was a sweet car though. The gear selector is the lower stalk on the right, lol.

Looking at the badging, this one is even the V Series.
