I most definitely agree. Unfortunately, it’s all too believable that the manager wouldn’t step in. However, since all we have is this customer’s anonymous account, we’ll probably never know what the truth is.

I was trying to insinuate that the customer was stupid, but you’re right. That is probably the case.
