The Ricketts can pump money in to it and make it look more modern, but it is still going to be a 104 year old building that is open to the elements and unoccupied more than six months a year. It still probably requires a lot in the way of bribes and kick-backs to keep the city or county from condemning it.

Simmons is absolutely better when he just hires smart, talented people and mostly stays out of their way. Hopefully this is more of that.

God I dislike Bill Simmons but that documentary was legit.
