Im sorta getting over 2-tone roof.  I loved the idea when it was a practical reality of a cheap removable top, but now it feels a little cynical.  That being said, I have been tempted to wrap my faded roof in white just to bring the interior temps down.

In a half hour Star Trek: Lower Decks did an episode about lower deck officers on a Star Fleet vessel, a Klingon vessel, and a Vulcan vessel. Surely they could explore three officer’s back stories in an hour Strange New Worlds episode.

Zac mentions it during their fight -- once you’re in the palace long enough, the ore used to construct it blocks out the radiation’s effects. 

The impression I got was that after a certain amount of time being inside the Palace, the memories will eventually come back. Though I would agree the logistics of all that weren’t entirely clear.

And it’s nice to see a Star Trek show willing and able to be an ensemble-driven show.

I think the show deserves credit for how it handled Mount’s paternity leave. They could have delayed production but I gather they realized it wasn’t necessary because they have such a great ensemble.
