While I realize it isn’t the same thing, the Acer headset they debuted is excellent. It’s lighter than a vive, slightly better FOV (it seems). Better optical clarity, no base stations, and half the price.

Or, alternately, “The 8 onliest games for the Nintendo Switch”

I think the idea here is, they can avoid the security issues of Win32 apps, and more aggressively power manage with UWP apps.

Yes, u can run Photoshop... But you must update Windows S to Windows Pro version (will cost u a 50$ or free for students)

I like Halo 5. It’s by no means perfect, but I found the singleplayer experience a lot of fun—overall better than Reach, but that’s just my opinion. It’s not without its problems by any means, like too many Warden fights (what is this, that stupid roulette mode from Devil May Cry 4?), the story’s often ill-designed

Did people really hate the future setting that much though? I was always under the impression that the hate was mostly just the result of it being announced right after the BF1 hype train was in full swing, coupled with the usual internet dog-piling.

How fucking boring that looked. Like christ it’s basically a prettier looking Medal of Honor: Frontline with even less content than earlier titles like CoD 2 and 3.

Can somebody explain what the hell Criterion was thinking in not creating a new iteration of their most popular game’s most popular feature, for two straight console generations? Is it their aversion to money and happiness?

And no, the 2D game, while fun, doesn’t count. I mean a full-on 3D Burnout-Style crash mode.

People love the multiplayer, and I get that, but I must protest any praise for the singleplayer, which was... one of the worst in the series, in terms of mechanics, level design, and that one bit where you play as Menendez and he gets so angry that he becomes invincible.

5 minutes of rambling

There are plenty of game jams and workshops for you. This one is not for you. I can’t imagine that will really affect your life all that much, but if it does, consider it a trade-off for all the other inherent advantages you’ll have in the video game industry. Not having to worry all that much about being sexually

I’ll assume you’re commenting in good faith despite your use of an awful buzzword like “identity politics,” so consider this: Lots of girls are taught that video games and game development are for men. Girls Make Games is an institution designed to teach girls that hey, they can play and make video games too, which

How? I’ve logged 40 hours with Zelda (not my only game) and I’ve played it equally in TV Mode as I have in Handheld Mode. I treat my devices with care, but I’m not overly precious with my gear.

Can we all just be honest with ourselves and admit this game looks like horse shit? Bioware is a pale imitation of what it once was. They haven’t put out a great game since Mass Effect 2. The fact they get so much unwarranted good will makes no sense to me.

Why do you guys cover stupid people like this? I mean this is like covering a story about people that eat fast. What’s good about that if they don’t enjoy it

Funny how that goes, i feel pretty good about not listening to the internet bashing hype, sticking with my preorder and playing and loving Zelda on it since =)
