My dad had a Master’s degree from one of these places. I threw it in the trash when he died.

It’s almost as if people with issues like this tend to be repeat offenders. 🤔
This is why it’s great that more colleges are making standardized tests optional.
The free market has spoken, and it totally loves the “woke feminist agenda.” What’s he gonna do? Speak ill of capitalism?
I am now extra saddened that Tom Breihan isn’t doing Popcorn Champs here anymore. I would LOVE to get to read his entry on Barbie at the end of the year.
I don’t even think that would work. Even if you overpay, it won’t expand your credit limit. You’re either going to need to pay for part of that purchase with another card/cash or get separate financing so you can pay for that item over time.
When I was in college back in the days when paying your credit card bill was only done monthly with a check and before wide availability of debit cards, I did this before a period of study abroad so that I could use my card and wouldn’t have to worry about missing payments during the time I was gone. It worked out…
RELEASE THE GOSLING CUT!
When I was a kid, I did expect that I would have kids, but that was entirely modeling the world I saw around me. It wasn’t until I got older and was able to think about what I actually wanted (partly because I realized I could think about what I wanted around that age) that I was like, you know, I don’t want that.
I have found that if I put the stock into jars while it’s still hot and let them heat seal, I can keep the stock unopened in the fridge for months. No need to freeze.
It’s not that they prefer salty over sweet. If a person buys a popcorn and a Coke, they are getting the salty in the popcorn and the sweet in the soda. It’s about the balance.
I realized how I didn’t want kids in college, and while I had a couple times I questioned it (always for the sake of a relationship - dumb me), I’ve become more and more secure in the belief that I made the right choice. Like Clarkson, I have some nieces I adore, and I am so grateful I get to be their aunt, but hell…
Plus not having to pay the return postage for them.
In light of the possibility I may be selected able to keep these, I’m throwing in some movies I’ve been wanting to acquire and making sure they’re towards (but not at) the top of the list. I have no idea how they’ll select the up to 10 bonus discs, but if they do it based on queue order, it won’t hurt to make sure the…
When I saw it BOTH times, I laughed non-stop through the “serenade.”
Last summer I tested out a basil cucumber cardamom simple syrup recipe. While it is not one I’d make again, I did find it paired excellently with the mint and strawberry syrups I’d made. Strawberry in general goes pretty well with basil.
The only time I really consider delivery is when I’m ordering with other people or rare occasions I decide to order food to work when I don’t bring my own. I live surrounded by more than a dozen restaurants that are within a couple blocks walk. If it’s just for me, I’ll absolutely just pick it up myself.
When I learn about songs like this being hits, I intentionally don’t listen (at least not while they’re at peak) because I don’t want them to remain hits. I’ll consider visiting after they blow over.
I’m just really not looking forward to the day a decade from now when Tom Breihan has to release a Stereogum Number Ones entry about this piece of shit. (Remember Tom and his awesome columns on this site back when it used to produce quality content? Ah, the good old days...)
I want the DVD/BR release special features to be like twice the length of the movie in deleted/extended scenes and making-of docs alone. Give it the LotR extended editions treatment with respect to all those special features. Docs on how they made it! More scenes! Multiple commentary tracks! (I imagine Gerwig &…
