When capitalist greed negatively affects them, duh.

Also, once he removes the block feature, those people will be UNblocked (unless he’s going to go galaxy level hypocrite and preserve it just for his account, which I wouldn’t put past him, assuming they can figure that out). So it’ll be open season on him by all the people he hasn’t been wanting to hear from. He’s not

I also loved the in-depth profiles. For example, a red flag for me was always a practically empty profile. I haven’t bothered with online dating now for a decade, but my understanding is that now, you have to be able to sum yourself up in a blurb and series of photos. No, thank you.

Supposedly, you’ll be charged if you don’t return the titles (or at least according to some other articles on the topic).

I assume it’s random, based on everything I’ve read. Today, after I opted in for this, I went through and did a cull to remove any movies that I would consider lowest priority such that it might be a waste of these bonus discs should they be the ones I receive.

For those of you who have a DVD plan but who didn’t get the email with the opportunity to opt in on the extra discs (much like myself), the Lifehacker article about this same topic has the link. https://lifehacker.com/netflix-wants-to-send-you-10-dvds-1850752439

THANK YOU for posting the link. I appear to be one of the subscribers who never got the email, but HELL YEAH, I’ll opt in to get some more discs from my queue before this ends. Now time to cull my list so that if I do get the extra discs, they’ll be the movies I still really want to see (rather than shit I put in

I have never been able to do one (chin up or pull up), but being able to do one of them has long been something I’d like to achieve. I know it’s going to be a long haul battle (I am female, overweight, and with long limbs, all of which stack the deck against being able to do one), but even if I never get there, I kind

Maybe officially, but Nixon also maintained for years that if the President does it, it’s not a crime.

Yes, but he still could (and probably would) have faced criminal charges related to the conspiracy (much as has happened to tRump), but Ford’s pardon prevented that.

I went to see it again last night, and this is absolutely a movie that I want to own on physical media once it’s out. I want to be able to watch it when I want not tied to a platform.

This gets a finale, but I don’t get a proper ending to GLOW?! Fuck you, Netflix.

Well, there is a strong presumption that he has control over his social media. Given his level of narcissism, I doubt he’d be willing to admit to someone else tweeting for him. Most likely, they’ll get a “I don’t remember tweeting that” response, and that’s even assuming he’d testify, which his lawyers would be idiots

Though honestly, the only reason why Nixon wasn’t indicted was because Fuckhead Ford blanket pardoned him. So I do feel like tRump being the first former POTUS indicted for crimes (in or out of office) should really come with an asterisk.

Shhh! 🤫 You’ll give them ideas.

And for people who really were so corrupt and criminal as tRump, they (naively) assumed that they never stood a chance of actually getting elected and thus never bothered to carve that detail into law.

While the gender bias in entertainment is still a disturbingly real thing, it is totally reasonable for a woman in her late 30s to play the mother of a teenage character. Probably too young for the way a lot of people feel, but there are still plenty of women all over the world who are having kids in their early 20s

My mother first became an aunt at the age of 5. Sure, it’s not the cute little old lady from the comics, but it’s totally reasonable. Tomei’s not actually THAT young. She’s just aged really well, which seems to be increasingly the case for a lot of people.

Now playing

Came here to say Men at Work, but someone beat me to it, so I’ll post my second favorite, Article 99.
