Biggest issues with these things is shitty hard drives. Replace them with a good Samsung EVO m.2 and it’ll speed up. Add RAM and you can use the high-performance mode on the drive to leverage caching. I don’t know why Lenovo cheaps out so badly on hard drives and RAM.
