Producing Hallucinations is kinda Silicon Valley’s brand...Every time I hear Nadal or Pichai start to spout I wonder who their dealer is, because they’re clearly microdosing.

Yeah, I wonder what their motivation could po$$ibly be?

I kinda think you’re right; there have been a number of ‘strong nuclear force’ stories lately, with non-predicted outcomes, and my personal favorite, what’s with all this gravity? We have all these exotic and super-exotic gravitational objects around the universe...and I have to wonder why? Things generally don’t

No.

I’m surprised he didn’t shoot the tree. Like, a LOT!

Or go on patrol with firearms?

And if you remember, Bloomberg tried to virtually tax Pepsico and 7-11 out of existence. The issue being, Pepsico’s products have never been directly tied to a single death. Contributing factor, yes. Remington: They’re protected by a special law that MIGHT finally be overturned, ‘thanks’ to the determination of the

Shockers!

No, I’m saying we should punish Fakesbook because they make a product that they know harms people. A product that has led to  thousands of deaths. Which is breaking a criminal AND civil law. But you have to break Free Speech out of that argument, because IT does not apply here.

Meh, opinions are like assholes, everyone has one. I’m just another asshole.

Yup. Right up to the end. As I say, I bet Kip Thorne would have punched Nolan in the beak. I believe I saw that there was an alternate ending that was a ‘downer’ and the studio didn’t like it, but it agreed with Special Relativity. THAT I would have liked to have seen.

Respectfully disagree, you most certainly can. If a newspaper doesn’t pay it’s taxes or in some other way breeches the law, there are legal powers in place to shut down the newspaper. IN NO WAY does it impinge on anyone’s free speech (which by the way is a total misnomer). In Fakesbook’s case, there is a case to be

Qcumbers...I’m going to be chuckling about that one all day.

If I were faced with a Tenet or Oppie choice...I’d pick Tenet.
I thought they could have easily chopped 1/2 hr-45 minutes, and they couldn’t really decide what story it was they wanted to tell. Like Interstellar.

Perhaps not child porn, but Fakesbook’s own internal documentation shows that they know their product is inherently harmful to children. (See Big Tobacco, the Fossil Fuel industry et al) Yet it looks like they’re going to get away with it (with no appreciable consequences or changes to their business model, because

He really ought to avoid eating out for a while. Just sayin’.

It is not new, and it is not local. The poor have ALWAYS protected the wealthy for some reason or other. And it always will be so. This is just the latest stupid incarnation.

KCtS (Seattle PBS) has been running it for ages. No streamer required!

There are no birds at that altitude.

April is coming...just sayin’...
