This is a thing on my old toyota. It will literally die from a loose belt, exhibiting characteristics of a grenading engine because it was just slightly too loose. Tighten it up, runs like a top.

I died, this was way better than any of the other stories.

Right? Seriously, someone call the guy that built that wall and make sure he stays on payroll.

So we’ve concluded that life, like physics, exists in balance, compromise, and understanding.

I’ll contest your claims on weight in a moment, but I mostly agree. I will say that I think the semi is absolutely responsible for this, weight played a factor in the equation but it wasn’t a traction issue that caused this accident. The semi appears to have failed to maintain his lane, in what I presume was probably

Where the hell do they take you to jail for unpaid tolls?

Perhaps I’m of the dissenting opinion here, but it does seem pretty clear cut that they say “No Political” yadda yadda on their cards......

Furthermore, I can see why they’d want to protect their own asses on that front. The same reason they wouldn’t want to see a giant penis next to the words/emblem “Wells Fargo” is

But when looking at the video, you can see the left lane of oncoming traffic isn’t plowed, but the right lane is........

1- Super interesting snow-tire related science fact, I enjoyed that. Thank you.

Yikes, that looks like fun. Hope you’re a winter sports enthusiast.

That makes sense too, someone else made the point that you can’t make it too deep in the left lane before getting back to it.

Sometimes ya gotta herp before ya can derp......

Push the inside (left) lane first, then the outside (right) lane next, instead of pushing the outside lane twice (Pushing the outside, then the inside into the outside, then the outside again)

Exactly, left, into right, but with one truck you should start that process on the left lane, instead of clearing the right, then the left into the right, then the right again, then the shoulder...........Right?

Ha, I work with a bunch of you guys (WiscoSotans), they brag about not running chains back home but go back home and wish they had chains...!

Montana Reporting in.

Meh.....

Ha......

I’ve not actually seen it as a standard anywhere but with mechanics. That being said, almost EVERY mechanic I know has a set of work tools, paid for out of pocket. Hell, most the guys I know owe the Snap-On guy more than they owe for rent....

I can’t believe I’m disagreeing with someone who appreciates discreet futurama references this much........ but here goes.
