From what I can see, the game has lots of dialog, so the most important thing design-wise should be the dialog box. The small padding and the font in the dialog box are at best amateurish. I congratulate the people who spend hours looking at walls of text with that fugly design.

I’m only replying because I too was in Times Square, December 31st, 1999. It was the first, and likely last time I did that Times Square thing.

“Good artist copy, great artists steal,” said Picasso. This was literally copying, a homage is something else.

What a ridiculously-pompous explanation. Like initially posted in the article, the developer could have saved themselves some headaches by crediting the authors, instead of thinking they are so cool, people are going to find these “obscure references” and discover a deeper meaning to their artisan-crafted story.

Yes, they could have gone for the traditional 10 episodes the last couple of seasons to put more meat in the plot bones.

I think the Internet would be better off if we locked up people for posting fake news.

A Plague Tale: Innocence. The Witcher without all that magic, weapons, occasional boobs, but plenty of rats.

Let me just get this out of the way.

This is not about Steam, this is about toxic anti-consumer practices, and delay making your PC as crappy as console gaming. GOG is a wonderful platform, by all means, and Itch.io serves a niche.

It’s none of your business either way, but thank you for showing Massive how toxic their decision has made the game.

I plead to people who care about gaming not to purchase any games at the Epic Store.

I had to beat a Destiny raid with an LFG group because there is no other choice, and it’s as crappy and random as matchmaking. Besides, what problem is it to you if other people want to use matchmaking, or that option is on the table? No one is stopping you from using LFG.

This is why taking matchmaking out is such a bad idea, it’s toxic. They gain no new fans, but risk losing some.

No thanks. I dropped Destiny after the second expansion of the first game because it became quite clear dropping the matchmaking for raids was bullshit. I never looked back. I have logged 1600 hours between The Division 1 and 2 since, and if they do this, it’s over.

This justification is elitist with little to back it up. When I completed Stolen Signal on hardest difficulty in the Division 1, an incursion that is as much a pain in the ass as anything I played on Destiny, I went through a lot of matchmaking until we formed a team good enough to finish it. Without matchmaking, it

But not having matchmaking made the experience an unnecessary shore. It sucked.

Do they know Destiny is garbage because of this?

A lot of people would be surprised to learn that the Crown´s draconian immigration laws had a lot to do with it. They needed immigrants to populate the West.

Game of Thrones should have ended with the defeat of the ice zombies.

Aeris looks creepy.
