Are the employees asking for a union? If not, why would they need one?

I think the key would be to stay away from the soft spots that would potentially be pressed into a new shape by the jig since it’s got some resistance to it. The last thing you want to be doing is molding your molding molding while trying to determine the profile.

These type of rules/regulations are easily gamed and end up being worthless. It primarily benefits the bureaucracy that has to enforce it.

While i like the general point behind the idea couple issues come to mind

So because LeBron James is an otherworldly talent on the court and has been deemed worth of $30 million a year (which would be higher if there were no max salary limit), the guy hawking Miller Lite in Quicken Loans Arena ought to get $1 million a year? Why should Jeff Bezos have his earnings limited because he heads…

But then the top executives would go to overseas companies that would pay them better, as this plan would result in huge executive pay cuts more likely than raises for base employees. The best executives would keep on getting poached by foreign companies and eventually there wouldn’t be any top talent to keep…
