I was wondering this. If I win the lottery, one of the first things i’d do is get the v12 out of the Ferrari 812 (weird looking car, amazing engine) and put it in a fd rx7. I was wondering if you could buy an engine if you just lie and say your ferrari’s engine blew up?

I saw Prometheus. I thought it was very very bad. I started to watch Alien: Covenant. And I immediately got the same vibes lol

That right there is the worst, dumbest, scene in the whole movie. Oram right before has realized that David has been lying to him constantly, has caused the death of some of his crew, and is working with the dangerous creatures that are hunting him and his friends. So when David says “take a look,” Oram’s internal

No. Don’t. You’re instincts are spot-on.

That movie pretty much took a shit on the whole franchise. Don’t ever watch it.

So, I should sit through 2 hours of shit just to confirm I was correct in my assessment that the beginning was awful?

Alien Covenant is not only the worst Alien movie but it retroactively makes Prometheus an even worse movie than it was before.

Not to pile on this movie, but holy shit. I have made myself sit through some shitty movies...and I gave this a chance.

This was from a wrecked 458.

*for women.

That’s a flask.

He wanted to get fired and become a right-wing poster boy. I suspect this is working out just like he wanted.

Seriously, WTF. I’m Canadian, our Walmarts have the exact same layout (of course),and as I was looking at your map/comment, I thought “wait, that doesn’t...they wouldn’t....WHAT THE FUCK”.

Parents are like puppies. You give them some freedom and let them play around, but every so often you need to reinforce their training. I find saying “One more ________ and I won’t speak to you for one year.” This strategy worked with one of my parents, who no longer tries to agitate me. The other one I have not

I hate to point this out..but since I have not seen it elsewhere.

Very good advice for men, who are constantly demanding special treatment (sometimes even writing pseudoscientific screeds about it) and fighting anyone who tries to even the playing field.

Right, I wonder how long until said rude person finally, if ever, confronts what makes them such an asshole? If everyone should just approach with sympathy and pleasantness, wouldn’t this almost “encourage” further rude behavior? because if no one confronts them or speaks out now, then when?

I kinda agree with that. It’s not on me to tolerate or accept, much less “assist” with whatever is causing someone’s temper tantrum. If I’ve not caused the problem, I’ve got enough of my own without trying to help Joe Blowhard “get over” whatever inner demons cause him to be an asshat.

I had a psycho boss for a couple years there who loved to throw tantrums - smashing his cell phone on the floor, kicking office chairs around, the whole bit. Early on I would get very stressed out during those episodes and it really got to me.
